Community Behavior Assessment in Relation to Substance Use Disorder and Opioid-Related Overdoses

• Through January and February 2020, York Opioid Collaborative is conducting a community behavior assessment of York County community members. Please click here to take the survey. 
• The community behavior assessment will help York Opioid Collaborative understand the attitudes and behaviors of members in the community in regard to substance use. Your answers from this survey will be kept confidential.  The answers will only be reported in aggregate and will help York Opioid Collaborative indicate the type of training and education that will best reduce the present stigma relating to substance use disorder (SUD) and overdoses amongst the community.
• Please note that these questions do not reflect the attitudes or beliefs of any members of the York Opioid Collaborative; they are meant to measure the attitudes and behaviors associated with SUD.
