Implementation
The fourth phase of the Implementation Framework is the Implementation phase. During this phase, coalition’s are working on implementing new projects in their strategic plans. These can be accomplished with and without the assistance of grants. To assist with implementation efforts, the TAC has developed Implementations Guides. These guides outlines the process of implementing a new project in one fluid document, which can then be shared with different coalition’s and organizations to assist with their implementation.
