Assessment
The first stage in the TAC Implementation Framework is Assessment. In this phase, coalition’s work towards collecting and analyzing multiple sources of data. This allows a coalition to see the true impact of the opioid epidemic in their area and use the analysis to help drive decisions throughout the planning and implementation stages. The Data Collection Fields and Rationale is paired with the Data Contact Grid, which is used to outline the roles of coalition members in the Assessment phase. When completing this form, it is crucial to ensure that all persons agree to their role and the roles follow the Rules of Use.
