Coalition Toolkit

The Coalition Toolkit contains materials and templates that can be used when building or maintaining a coalition and throughout the second stage of the Implementation Framework, Capacity. During the Capacity phase, coalitions are inviting relevant community stakeholders and beginning to meet as a group.

A highlight of this phase is the Vision Workshop. An essential part of every coalition is their vision statement, it is what brings the coalition members together and the ideal that they strive to achieve. It is what is used in times of struggle and conflict to reunite the group and continue to move forward. TAC Coalitions integrate their vision statements into meetings and include it on their branded materials as a representation of how they are working towards impacting their community.
